"TS Super Clean" is a cleaning agent for plastic molding machines that allows for easy and quick changes (reducing the number of shots) without altering the cylinder temperature. The cleaning method involves completely discharging the previous resin from the cylinder and adding the required amount of TS Super Clean into the molding machine hopper. The screw position is advanced to the limit, and repeated cleaning is performed under high back pressure and high rotation.
